Semsee provides full onboarding assistance, including setup help, carrier credential integration, and training sessions. After onboarding, agents have access to ongoing customer support via email and chat, a comprehensive Help Center with how-to guides, and regular product updates to enhance functionality. Semsee also hosts webinars and offers account management support to help agencies maximize the platform.

Once you complete our online form, our team will email you an onboarding email to finish collecting information. If you're paying for the monthly subscription, you'll receive a link to make a payment. After we collect your information, you will receive another email with your login information and details about how to start quoting.
